Dicofarm, a pharmaceutical company founded in 1977, has always been committed to meeting the needs of infants and children.
Our products are the result of continuous research aimed at developing innovative solutions for consumer care and nutrition. This work is also supported by our ongoing dialogue with healthcare professionals, which enables us to respond increasingly effectively to the evolving needs of the sector.
Building on Dicofarm’s experience, AG Pharma was established in 2002 with the aim of applying its know-how to adult medicine across a range of therapeutic areas. In February 2026, AG Pharma merged into Dicofarm, creating an even stronger and more integrated organisation, capable of building on the expertise developed through both companies’ respective journeys.
The Group’s growth continued over the years with significant international expansion. Dicofarm Polska was established in 2006 and is now a leading company in the Polish nutraceutical sector. In 2025, the Group further strengthened its international presence with the establishment of Dicofarm Spain and Dicofarm Romania, consolidating its internationalisation strategy and reaffirming its commitment to bringing quality, innovation and expertise to key European markets.
